Privacy Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
Advolare helps companies find creators, communities and organizers to partner with. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: hello@advolare.ai.
If you use Advolare to find partners
- Account: your name and email from the sign-in provider you choose (Google or GitHub).
- Your company: the website and details you give us (what you sell, your goals, your ideal customer), and what Advolare infers from your public website.
- Your activity: searches, saved partners, ratings, pitches you draft or mark as sent, and outcomes you record. We use these to improve your results.
- Billing: if you buy Pro, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
If you request a free partner report
We store the website you entered, the report we generated, and your email if you ask for the full report. We keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address to limit abuse; we don't store the address itself.
Information about partners (creators, communities, organizers)
Advolare collects publicly available information about public accounts and groups: names, public profile and group pages, follower or member counts, public posts and their engagement, publicly listed contact details, and public sponsorship disclosures. We use it only to help companies find relevant partners and to show accurate, current numbers. We don't collect private messages, private group content, or information behind a login.
If you're a creator or organizer and want your information removed from Advolare, email hello@advolare.ai with a link to your profile and we'll delete it and stop showing it.
If you connect your Instagram account
Creators can choose to connect an Instagram professional account to share verified audience insights (age, gender and location breakdowns) with brands on Advolare. We request read-only access, store the access token encrypted, and use the data only to show your verified audience. You can disconnect at any time from your Advolare page, which deletes the data we received from Instagram; removing Advolare in Instagram's settings does the same.
YouTube
Advolare uses YouTube API Services to read public channel and video statistics. By using Advolare you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data. You can revoke Advolare's access via Google's security settings page.
Tracking links and the Advolare script on our customers' websites
Companies using Advolare can give each partner a short tracking link and add a small Advolare script to their own website. This shows them which partners actually bring visitors, signups, demos and deals. When someone clicks an Advolare link or visits a site that uses the script, we record:
- which partner link they came through, and when;
- a one-way scrambled code made from their IP address and browser type, used only to count each visitor once a day (we never store the IP address itself);
- what the company's site reports about that visit: a page visit, a signup, a demo booked, or a deal and its value.
The script saves one first-party cookie (and the same value in the browser's local storage) on the company's site, named advolare_ref, for up to 90 days, so a later signup or demo can be credited to the right partner. It does not follow people across other websites, and we don't use it to identify individuals, build advertising profiles, or sell data. If a browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, the script does nothing at all. For this data, the company using Advolare decides what's collected on its site and we process it on its behalf; please contact that company, or us, with any request. We keep these records for 13 months.
Cookies on Advolare itself
Advolare uses only the cookies it needs to work: your sign-in session, which brand you're viewing, and, for an hour, the free report you came from when you sign up. Creators who connect Instagram get a short-lived cookie to show their media kit. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Anonymous totals
We may combine results across customers into anonymous totals that can't identify any customer, for example how many demos startups booked through partners, or that a partner has replied to several startups on Advolare. Partner track records are shown only as counts, never naming the companies involved.
Services we use
We share data with service providers only as needed to run Advolare: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI analysis and writing), Tavily (web search), Apify (public social media statistics), Google/YouTube (public video statistics), and Stripe (payments). We don't sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
- We keep your account data while your account is open. Email us to delete your account and its data.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, or to correct it.
- We keep public partner statistics over time to show growth and activity; they're removed on request as described above.
Security
Data is stored with row-level access controls so each company only sees its own work. Access tokens are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let account holders know.
