These terms cover your use of Advolare. By using Advolare you agree to them. If you use Advolare for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf. Questions: hello@advolare.ai.
What Advolare does
Advolare suggests creators, communities and organizers to partner with, based on public information and AI analysis, and drafts outreach for you to review and send. Suggestions, numbers and drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Check them before you rely on them. Advolare doesn't guarantee any partnership, reply or result.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information about your company.
Outreach is yours
You decide who to contact and what to send. You're responsible for your messages and for following the law and each platform's rules, including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM), advertising disclosure rules for sponsored content, and privacy laws. Don't use Advolare to harass anyone, send bulk unsolicited messages, or misrepresent who you are.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, resell or bulk-export Advolare's data, or use it to build a competing database.
- Don't try to get around plan limits, access other accounts, or disrupt the service.
- Don't use Advolare for anything illegal or to target individuals in harmful ways.
Tracking on your website
If you use Advolare tracking links or add the Advolare script to your website, you're responsible for telling your visitors about it in your privacy and cookie notice, and for getting any consent your visitors' local laws require (for example, in the EU and UK). Advolare processes this data on your behalf to show you partner results; don't use it to identify individual people. The script skips visitors who send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Anonymous totals
You let Advolare use your outreach outcomes and tracking results in anonymous, combined form, for example to show a partner's track record as counts (“pitched by 3 startups, 2 replied”) or overall benchmarks. These never identify you, your partners' terms, or your results.
Plans and payment
Free accounts include a monthly allowance. Pro is a subscription billed in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from “Manage billing”; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires, payments aren't refundable. We may change prices or allowances with notice before your next billing period.
Your content
You own the information you give Advolare and the outreach you send. You let us use it to provide and improve Advolare for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Advolare relies on third-party platforms and data (for example YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, search engines). Their availability and terms can change, which may affect Advolare. Use of YouTube data through Advolare is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Ending your use
You can stop using Advolare and ask us to delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
Advolare is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Advolare isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll let account holders know; continuing to use Advolare means you accept the updated terms.
